Diane Creviston, 63, of Evansville Indiana passed away Tuesday April 28, 2015 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born in Sebree Ky. to the late Prentice and Florence (Eastwood) Scott on August 26, 1951. Diane was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two children Michelle Diane Clemens and Bryan Buono. One Brother Prentice Scott. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Jeffrey Creviston. 2 Sons Greg Bishop of Tn. And Jacob Clemens of Evansville In. There will be no service. Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel is handling Arrangments.
