Donald Lee Baize

Donald Lee Baize, 55, of Mortons Gap, KY died May 29, 2010 at 3:02 PM at his residence. He was born August 17, 1954 in Madisonville, KY to the late Edgar Baize and the late Mable Rickard Baize. He was a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Butch Baize in 2008. He is survived by his fiance`, Ida Gantt of Mortons Gap, KY 2 sons: Chris Baize and Donald Baize, Jr. both of Mortons Gap, KY. 4 sisters: Peggy Fugate of Mortons Gap, KY, Dorothy Wells of Madisonville, KY, Martha Hughlett of Nortonville, KY, and Sharon Wells, of Nortonville, KY. 1 grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Wednesday June 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY with Bro. Len Young and Bro. Phil Sullivan officiating. There will be no visitation. Pallbearers are Kevin Wells, Norman Baize, Greg Hughlett, David Wayne Fugate, Bud Myers, and Jamie Myers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Donnie Baize Benefit Fund at US Bank in Mortons Gap, KY. Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY is in charge of arrangements.
