Peewee Brown

Donald Brown Sr. “PeeWee”,88 of Smith Mills Kentucky passed away Wednesday October 13, 2021, at Lucy Smith King Hospice Care surrounded by his loving family. PeeWee was a retired member from the LOE 181 of Henderson, Kentucky. He enjoyed being at home “On the hill”, working on cars, lawnmowers, and watching UK basketball. He took pride in taking care of 55 acres of land in his beloved Smith Mills where he was a very proud member of the community. He had a special love for his dogs especially Roxie and Mikey. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Josephine Brown; his wife Dorothy Brown; his brother Roy Brown and his granddaughter Nicole Langley. PeeWee is survived by his children Donald “Boodle” L. Brown J.  (Stacey), Lydia Buchanan (David); grandchildren Addison Brown, Blake Brown, Korey Langley and Kappy Langley; great grandchildren Kali Blevins, Penelope Dabbs; great great grandchdren Carmello Curry and Kyrie Curry; Stepdaughter Kim Payne (Tommy) and step grandchildren Andrew Payne and Sara Payne. A very special thank you to Randall Lapradd, Lisa Duncan, Pete Lewis, Butch and Vicki Bradley, Greg Littlepage, Charlie Trent, Jackie Durban and the late Teresa Lapradd.Funeral services will 12:00 PM Tuesday October 19, 2021, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Burial will be private. Visitation will be 9:30 AM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
