Donald "Keith" Denton

Donald “Keith” Denton, 68, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at his home on December 6, 2024.

Keith was born to the late James Allen “Jim” and Regina (Francis) Denton on November 10, 1956, in Henderson, Kentucky. In his younger years, Keith enjoyed playing baseball, softball and golf and selling cars. He was self-employed for the last 20 years with his landscape and lawn care business, Denton’s FYC. He enjoyed working and could be easily spotted in his bright colored tie dyed shirts. He loved his family and was a proud father and grandfather. He was a friend to all. He believed in God and believed God heard and answered prayers.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike Denton in 1967 and David Denton in 2021.

Keith is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Janet (Bivens) Denton; children, Shelley Davis and husband, Kyle, Donna White and husband, Anthony; Walter Denton and wife, Jenny, and Jessica Howard; 8 grandchildren, Henry, Grant, Norah and Elsie Davis, Denton White, Ava and Knox Denton, and Baylee Runyon; brother, Jeff Denton and wife, Darlene; and sister, Dana Denton.

Visitation and a celebration of Keith’s life will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with closing remarks and prayer by Brother Phil Wagoner.
