Donald “Don” “Woogie” Ray Woodard, 67, of Robards passed away April 12, 2015 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center. He was born September 3, 1947 in Henderson to Willie Curd “Buster” and Ruth Evelyn (Floyd) Woodard. He was a member of the Sebree United Methodist Church, a supervisor at Accuride in Henderson, and later owned and operated Music To Go in Henderson. Don was a lover of dogs especially his fur babies; Bubba, Bogey, Roxie and Lucy. He loved music, muscle cars, and drag racing. He was also an avid UK fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Keith Woodard. He is survived by his wife Sue (Niswonger) Woodard of 22 years 3 children: Matthew Woodard of Robards Amanda Crowell of Lexington, KY Andrew Crowell and his wife Jessica of Lillington, NC 1 grandchild: Beckham Crowell Uncle and Aunt: Ray Floyd and his wife Margie Cousins Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 15 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Glen Morris will officiate. Burial will be Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 PM-8:00 PM and 9:00 AM until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jerry Eades, Jerry Niswonger, Gene Hayes, R. K. Robards, Bill Floyd and Kenny Floyd. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice or Henderson Humane Society.
