Donald Ray Harberson

Donald Ray Harberson 64, of Ashbyburg, KY went home to be with the Lord on December 23, 2019. He was born in Evansville, IN on June 5, 1955. He was born to the late James and Frances Pauline Harberson. Donald was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  He loved his dog Dixie.  His passion was driving a semi-truck.  He drove over the road and local for a total of 41 years. Donald is survived by his wife Rita Mae Lindsey Harberson of 46 years. A son Jermey (Becky) Harberson of Ashbyburg, KY.  Two daughters, Christina Vasquez Vandiver of Madisonville, KY. Shawnda (Jason) Jones of Onton, KY. Six grandchildren, Isaiah Vandiver, Gretchen Vandiver, Taylor Harberson, Tyler Harberson, Kayleigh Jones and Jacie Jones.  Two brothers, Ronnie (Gail) Harberson of Rumsey, Ky. Harold (Lane) Harberson of Slaughters, KY.  Four sisters, Ann (Ronnie) Newton of Slaughters, KY, Sheryl (Guy) Benson of Slaughters, KY. Lesia (Sam) Reynolds of Vandetta, KY. Sheila Harberson of Slaughters, KY.  Also several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at Clearview Cemetery in Vandetta, KY on December 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM. After the service, friends and family are welcome to join in fellowship at Jermey and Becky Harberson’s house. Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree is handling the arrangements.
