Donna Jean Copeland

Donna Copeland, 73, of Morganfield, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on April 23, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family while under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.

Donna was born in Henderson to the late Douglas and Martha (Tillotson) Satterfield. She was a cherished member of The Bridge Church, where her faith and love for her community shone brightly.

Known for her warmth and kindness, Donna had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her grandson Spencer fondly remembers her treating everyone with equal love and respect, a testament to her compassionate nature.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents and leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her daughter Shelly Wyatt (Russell), her brother William “Bud” Satterfield, grandchildren Spencer Wyatt (Dionna Brazier) and Morgan Wyatt (Matt Willett), great-grandchildren Walker and Bentley, and her nephew Shane Satterfield.

Funeral services to honor Donna's life will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, with Brother Richard Honeycutt officiating. Following the service, Donna will be laid to rest in the serene grounds of Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will take place from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.

Donna will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her love and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
