Donna Jean Sidman

Donna Jean Keeling Sidman age 82 of Madisonville, KY passed away at 4:30 AM Monday November 29, 2010 at her home. She was born June 2, 1928 in Selah, WA to Roy and Esther Lucille Rule Keeling. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Earlington, KY and was a Third Order Professed Secular Franciscan. She worked for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of the Interior, was an investigator for the Hopkins County Child Support Unit and Donan Engineering. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Conway "Jim" Sidman in 2006 and two brothers George Keeling and Billy Metzger. She is survived by one son Michael G. Sidman of Madisonville, KY, four daughters Patricia M. Russell of Dawson Springs, Ky, Rebecca A. Coomes of Owensboro, KY, Barbara J. Epley of Evansville, IN, and Elaine E.Ramage of Portland, OR, one sister Ruth Robertson of Mellette, SD, ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Thursday December 2, 2010 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Earlington, KY with Father Bruce Fogle officiating. Her visitation will be 4:00-8:00 PM Wednesday December 1, 2010 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, Ky Prayers will be said at 7:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Her burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. Her pallbearers will be Kerry Ramsey, James Patrick Russell, David Russell, Michael Coomes. Austin Dewitt and Mark Russell.
