Doyle Wayne Cook

Doyle Wayne Cook, 71, of Uniontown passed away Thursday July 10, 2014 at his residence. He was a retired railroad conductor, member of the American Legion Post 40 and a US Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 16 years Carolyn Cook 2 children: Brian Cook of Plainfield, IN Melissa Cook of Indianapolis, IN 2 Step-daughters: Leah Olson of Morganfield Amy Clevidence of Uniontown 2 Step-sons: John Nalley of Spottsville James Nalley of Henderson 2 Sisters: Ruby Wilson of St. Elmo’s, IL Ruth Hathaway of Oklahoma 7 grandchildren 6 Great-grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Services will be 1:00 PM Sunday July 13, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Jeff Burke will officiate. Burial will be in Uniontown City Cemetery with military rites conducted by the American Legion Worsham Post 40 Honor Guard. Visitation will be Saturday 4-8PM and Sunday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Nick Clevidence, Joey Clevidence, Brian Cook, James Nalley, John Nalley and Allan Olson.
