Earline Alderson

Earline Alderson, 87 of Henderson passed away at 9:10 AM on May 11, 2015 at VNA Hospice in Evansville. Earline was born on August 27, 1927 in Nashville, TN to William and Vealer Stockton. She was of Baptist faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was a Ky wildcat fan and a fan of country music. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Samuel Alderson who died on March 30, 1985, 2nd husband Derwin Denton who died on May 20, 1994, her infant son Scott and granddaughter Shawn Alderson. Survivors include 5 sons: Samuel Alderson and wife Becky of Evansville Jackie Alderson and wife Judy of Alberque, New Mexico Ronnie Alderson of Owensboro Lonnie Alderson and wife Jeanette Randy Alderson and wife Tammy all of Henderson 16 grandchildren and one on the way 29 great-grandchildren 13 great-great-grandchildren 2 great-grandchild and 1 great-great grandchild on the way Services will be Noon Thursday May 14, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Roy Lee Conley officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Providence. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-7PM and 10:00 AM Thursday until service time. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to VNA Charlier Hospice Center, 610 East Walnut St., Evansville, IN Pallbearers will be grandsons: Jeff Alderson, Ronnie John Alderson, David Alderson, Christian Alderson and Cameron Alderson.
