Eddie "Tinker" Martin

Eddie “Tinker” Martin, 76 of Geneva passed away March 5, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Lucy Smith King Care Center.  He was born October 31, 1941 in Henderson to Amos and Sue Martin.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Tinker has worked as a mechanic for Womack’s Garage and Ron’s Automotive. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; Martha Martin, sister; Jeannie Grant. Tinker is survived by his 3 children; Gloria McCormick and her husband Bubbie of Smith Mills, Greg Martin and Jon Martin both of Geneva, 1 sister; Janet Morgan, 1 brother; Ronnie Martin both of Henderson, 4 grandsons; Josh Walters, Logan Martin, Wesley Martin and Isiah Martin, 5 great grandchildren nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Rev. Keith Griffin will officiate.  Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, Wednesday and 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Josh Walters, Logan Martin, Wesley Martin, Isiah Martin, Keith Martin and Tony Spainhoward.
