Elizabeth "Tiny" I. Pirtle

Elizabeth “Tiny” Inez (Majors) Pirtle, 66, of Spottsville, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Linda E. White Hospice Center in Evansville.

She was born in Henderson on March 8, 1957 to the late Dorris W. and Lela F. (Cardwell) Majors.

Tiny was a cook at many different places and had attended Haven Pentecostal Church, most recently attending Fairview Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Wyatt Pirtle; grandson, Wyatt Nathanael Page; and two sisters, Patsy Wilson and PeeWee Crooks.

Survivors include three children, Janice Baird (Jimmy), Leslie Pirtle, and Erica Pirtle (Fiancé, Daniel Persinger); three grandchildren, Alison Baird, Aaron Baird, and Adam Baird; siblings, Walter Majors (Elaine), Bill Majors, Delbert Majors, Ricky Majors (Teresa), Beverly Coffman (Chris), Mary Durbin (Richard), and Gloria Nugent (Tony); and bonus granddaughter, Alicia Johnson and her children (bonus grandchildren), Hendricks and Carson.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, February 16 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Bro. Dan Book officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, February 15 and Friday, February 16 from 9 a.m. until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Baird, Aaron Baird, Adam Baird, Daniel Persinger, Scott Barone, Chris Coffman, Jed Duncan, and Sebastain Wilson.
