Elner Ann (Barker) Cecil, 86 of Henderson passed away Wednesday July 23, 2014 at Henderson Nursing and Rehab. She was a retired Paper Hanger. She was preceded in death by her parents Loring Wingfield and Mamie (Walker) Barker, husband Joseph Roscoe Cecil, and 2 brothers Harley and Calvin Barker Survivors include a daughter Emma Stallins of Henderson 2 Sons: Robert Adam Weyerbacher of Evansville Cletus Ray Weyerbacher of Portland, TN 2 Brother: Jack Barker of Russellville, Arkansas Robert Barker of Arizona 11 Grandchildren 6 Great-grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday July 25, 2014 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
