Elsie Lee Chamberlain

Elsie L. Chamberlain, 81 of Henderson passed away November 15, 2018 at Redbanks Nursing Home.      She was born January 11, 1937 in Hopkins County to the late Leonard and Agnes McCormick.      She was a homemaker and a member of Hyland Baptist Church.      In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline Harberson, Linda Lindsey and Anna Faye McCormick; and brother in law, Wayne Underhill.      She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Frank Chamberlain; two daughters, Angela Spainhoward (Roy) and Susan Hicks (Richard) all of Henderson; four siblings, Sue Underhill of Evansville, Thalia Deason (Jr.) of Salem, KY, Rick McCormick (Judy) of Sacramento, KY and J. L. McCormick of Rumsey; seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and six great grandchildren.      Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Saturday, November 17 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Pastor Kenny Kidd officiating.      Visitation will be on Friday, November 16 between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM until service time on Saturday.      Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.      Pallbearers will be Eric Austin, J.T. Powell, Hayden Wallace, Damon Hicks, David Underhill and Gilbert Underhill.      In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to Hyland Baptist Church Building Fund, 1400 Wright St, Henderson, KY  42420.
