She was born March 10, 2009 in Madisonville, KY to Justin and Jillian Cissna Underwood. She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents Louise Tanner and Cletus Cissna and one uncle, Timothy Adam Fulkerson. She is survived by her parents Justin and Jillian Underwood of Madisonville, KY, two brothers Phillip Toomey and Cayden Rickard of Madisonville, KY, one sister Adalynn Rickard of Madisonville, KY, paternal grandparents Ernest and Pam Underwood of Dawson Springs, KY and Christy Bearden of Earlington, KY, maternal grandparents Lyle and Tammy Sweitzer of Hartford, KY and Rickey Cissna of Owensboro, KY, paternal great-grandparents John and Madeline Underwood of Dawson Springs, KY and Patsy Bearden of Mortons Gap, KY, maternal great grandparents Mildred Kaysinger of Hartford, KY and Walter Voyles of Owensboro, KY. Three aunts Chrissy Hopper of Earlington, KY, Marissa Cissna and Hallie Cissna both of Owensboro, KY, two uncles Brandan Clark of Hartford, KY and Johnathan Underwood of Mortons Gap, KY. Her funeral will be at 2:00 PM Saturday June 27 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY . Rev. Ross Littlepage will officiate. Burial will be in Old Suthards Cemetery in Suthards, KY. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time Saturday June 27 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home.
