Ethel Darlene “KC” (Parrish) Book, 54, of Henderson passed away 6:55 A.M. Thursday January 22, 2009 at Medco in Henderson, KY. She was born June 2, 1954 in Henderson County, Ky to Fred Edward and Mary Lee (Phillips) Parrish. She was a member of Henderson General Baptist, Rebecca Lodge, CB club, and had worked at News 25. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Henry Edward Book, and one sister Rose Mary Williams. She is survived by 2 sisters: Linda Diane Blanton of Henderson, KY. Betty Page of Evansville, IN 2 brothers: Edward Lee Parrish of Poole, KY John Henry Parrish of Reed, KY Several nieces and nephews Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday January 24, 2009, at Henderson General Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Linhart and Rev. Paul Rigdon will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday January 23 and 9:00 AM-until service time Saturday January 24 at the church. Pallbearers will be Charles Parrish, Micheal Parrish, Jeff Beck, Jeff Sutton, Mark Kissel, John Book, David Book and Kemp Book. Honorary pallbearers will be Angel Delgado, Jeremy Book and Troy Deno.
