Etoy Deanna (Holaday) Blanford

Etoy Deanna Holaday Blanford, 60, of Corydon, Ky. passed away at her home on Saturday, November 20, 2021. She was born in Union County, Ky. on December 10, 1960 to the late Fredrick E. Holaday Sr. and Patty J. Holaday. Etoy loved her family, her children, and especially her grandchildren. She never met a stranger, and never forgot a face or name. If you said, “Hello,” she would talk your leg off! Etoy loved to color and crochet, often making baby blankets. She was preceded in death by her father, Fredrick E. Holaday Sr. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Joseph “Richie” Blanford; son, Michael Holaday Sr. (Patricia); daughter, Samantha Samples (Richard); mother, Patty J. Holaday; brothers, Fredrick E. (Bud) Holaday (Tina) and Patrick D. Holaday; sister, Amy Long (John); grandchildren, Michael Holaday Jr., Miranda Holaday, Gage Bassett-Holaday, and Owen Holaday; nephews, David Skaggs Jr and Jason Skaggs; nieces, Misty Holaday Peyton and Chanda Holaday Jackson; great nephews, Jonathan Skaggs and Jace Bradley Skaggs. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 at Tomblinson Funeral Home with Pastor Rick O’Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 24 from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour. Pallbearers will be David Skaggs Jr., Michael Holaday Jr., Jonathan Skaggs, John Long, Jace Bradley Skaggs, and Zach Duncan.
