Eunice Craigen-Sheets

Eunice Craigen-Sheets passed to her heavenly home December 16, 2022. Eunice was born May 19, 1928 in Beaumont, Texas, but she called Henderson home. She met and married her husband, Paul Sheets Jr., of Henderson, when he was serving during WW II in the U.S. Navy while he was stationed in Beaumont.

She was employed, for 20 years, by “Red Spot Paint Company” in Evansville, IN., where she worked in reception and communications.

Eunice was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was a member of the Henderson General Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death, last Christmas, by her husband of 76 years Paul Sheets Jr. and by her daughter Paula Sheets Book and son-in-law Trafford Earl Book.

Survivors include 2 children Gayle Sheets-Pinkstaff (DeWayne) of Scottsdale, AZ, Craig Sheets (Vicky) of Henderson; 7 grandchildren Chad Pinkstaff (Obdulia) of Phoenix, AZ, Carmin Pinkstaff-Puncochar (Jonathan) of Franklin, TN, Rudy Harvey (Danielle) of Henderson, Jessica Sheets of Henderson, Brian Book (April), Jeffrey Book (Tina), and Sarah Book-Fischer (Jeremy) all of Ft. Myers, FL and 7 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens immediately following the services.

Visitation will be Tuesday 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
