Evelynn Freels

Evelynn "Evie" Quinn Freels, age 5, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away on October 26, 2023. She was born on April 16, 2018, in Evansville, Indiana, to her loving parents, Connor Thompson and Seth Freels.

Evie had a vibrant and sassy personality that could light up any room. She was a loving, funny, and beautiful girl who brought joy to everyone around her. Evie cherished her role as a big sister and always strived to be the best for her younger siblings, Eli, Emilia, Eleanor, and "her kids", Daytona, Destiny, and Darrell Chaffin.

She had a special bond with her siblings and enjoyed playing outside with her friends, coloring, making crafts, and creating silly videos on her tablet. Evie's infectious laughter and playful nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Evie is survived by her devoted parents, Connor Thompson and Seth Freels, her siblings, and a large extended family who loved her dearly. Among those who will mourn her passing are her grandparents, Amy and Jason Hagan, Chad and Carrie Thompson, and Laura Freels. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Tim Freels, and her uncle, Norman Hudson.

A visitation will be held on 10/31/23 at Tomblinsons funeral home in Henderson, Kentucky, starting at 12 PM, followed by the services at 4 PM. The compassionate staff at Tomblinsons funeral home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Evie's infectious spirit and loving nature will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be remembered as a bright light that brought joy to the lives of her family and friends. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
