Ewing White

Ewing White, Jr. 86 of Spottsville, KY passed away June 30, 2015 at Hospice of Western Kentucky Heartford House in Ownesboro. He was born August 6, 1928 in Henderson to Ewing White, Sr. and Thelma ( Hibdon) White. He was a carpenter for the Carpenters Local Union #1224. He was a master woodcrafter. Ewing was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a loving father and devoted grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lorraine of 66 years (2014), sister Leona Walker, brother Gene White. He is survived by 3 daughters: Debbie Edelen and husband Jimmy of Owensboro Beninda Raley of Henderson Angie McLevain and husband David of Hebbardsville 1 son: Steven White of Spottsville 2 sisters: Carolyn Wilson of Henderson Brenda Scott of Lousiville 3 brothers: Bobby White of Eddyville Jimmy White of St. Louis Lenny White of Stanley 11 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren Nieces and nephews Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, July 6 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Chester Smith will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 PM-7:00 PM and 8:30 AM until service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial at a later date.
