Ezma Tyline Miller

Ezma Tyline(Dockery) Miller, 79, of Henderson passed away Saturday November 15, 2008 at Trinity Village Rehab in Evansville, IN. She was born December 30, 1928 in Hopkins County Kentucky to Oscan and Hallie Pearl (Phillips) Dockery. She was a homemaker and a member of Haven Pentecostal Church in Henderson, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Henry Miller, 1 son Allen R. Miller, 1 daughter Betty Folz, 2 sisters Artie Nash and Rose Stapleton, and 1 brother Voldie G. Dockery. She is survived by 3 sons: John Henry Miller, Jr. of Evansville, IN John Wayne Miller of Henderson, KY Anthony L. Miller of Madisonville, KY 3 daughters: Patricia G. Powell of Spottsville, KY Hallie M. Powell of Henderson, KY Melissa T. Carver of reed, KY 1 sister: Verdie M. Dorris of Henderson, KY Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday November 17, 2008 at Haven Pentecostal Church, 425 Kresge Drive in Henderson, KY. Rev. Willard Clement and Rev. Jimmy Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Hebbardsville, KY. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-until service time at the church. Pall bearers will be Frankie Nalley, Paul Fredrick, Nicholas Fredrick, Jason Lawson, Andrew Wagnor and Jimmy Johnson. Tomblinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
