Favin Mae (Brooks) Wiles, 75, of Sebree passed away 5:35 PM May 5, 2011 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was born February 7, 1936 in Sebree, Ky to the late Henry and Ruby (Denton) Brooks. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John L. “John Boy” Wiles (2005), daughter Carolyn (1963), 2 brothers Cecil Brooks, Cletus Ray Brooks. She is survived by a daughter Cathy and her husband Ozzie O’Nan of Sebree, KY 3 sons: Harry W. and his wife Jackie Wiles of Sebree, KY John Mark Wiles of Sebree, KY Harlan Russell and his wife Patty Wiles of Henderson, KY 3 sisters: Judy Bryant of Paducah, KY Janet Knight of Evansville, IN Sue Brooks of Henderson, KY 8 grandchildren: Kelly White, Christina Roland, John Wiles, Dawn Whitsell, Kiley Wiles, Shelby Wiles, Matt Payne, and Tamara Hallmark. 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday May 8, 2011 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel with Rev. Thornton Stanley officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Slaughters, KY. Visitation will be Saturday May 7 from 4-8 PM and Sunday May 8 from 9-until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be John Wiles, Joe Ed Wiles, Ozzie O’Nan, Roger Pryor, Warren Nance, Reagan Roland, Matt White, and Chad Whitsell. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Pallative Care Unit, or to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery c/o Barbara Bartlebaum.
