Flora Mae Chambers

Flora Mae (Norris) Chambers, 75, of Henderson passed away June 28, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville. She was born on August 8, 1937 to the late Wayne and Ruby (Harrell) Norris. She was a homemaker and a member of Bennett Memorial Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters: Virginia Tuttle and Patricia Kindle. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Quince Chambers Jr., 3 sons: Larry and his wife Tami Chambers, Tom and his wife Vicki Chambers and Mike and his wife Bobbi Chambers all of Henderson, KY, 5 grandchildren: Heath and his wife Shanna Chambers, Brandon Chambers, Danielle and her husband Zach Breedlove, Bryce and his wife Kayla Chambers, and Tess Chambers. 6 great-grandchildren: Dylan Chambers, Presley Chambers, Taylor Chambers, Sydney Chambers, Madison Breedlove, and Maci Breedlove. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday July 1, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Rev. Wayne Burt officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson. Visitation will be 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday July 1, 2013 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Larry Chambers, Tom Chambers, Mike Chambers, Dylan Chambers, Heath Chambers, Brandon Chambers, and Bryce Chambers. She was a great wife, mom, mama, big mama. We love you and will miss you. See you in heaven some day. Memorial contributions can be made to Bennett Memorial Church.
