Frances Gibson

Frances Gibson, 76 of Henderson passed away Friday September 8, 2023, at Lucy Smith King Care Center surrounded by her family.

Frances was born June 21, 1947, in Cannelton Indiana to the late Hubert and Mary (Milay) Payne.

She was a member of Holy Name Jesus Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years Larry Quinn Gibson on August 30, 2023, and her brothers Joe Payne and Johnny Payne.

Frances is survived by her sons Larry Gibson, Bruce Gibson (Christa), Chad Gibson (Amie) and Shane Gibson; siblings Patricia Tooley (Roy) and Tommy Payne; 9 Grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be noon Thursday September 14, 2023, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church with burial to follow in Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM-8:00 PM Wednesday September 13, 2023, at the funeral home and on Thursday 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mason Gibson, Lance Gibson, Kolby Gibson, Brooklyn Gibson, Bryce Evans, Bradyn Conrad and honorary pallbearer Marissa Gibson and Tiffany McCamish.
