Frances Davenport Laws

Frances (Davenport) Laws, 95 of Henderson, KY passed away at 9:30 PM Friday December 18, 2015 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson. She was born January 19, 1920 to the late Thomas and Ethel (Reed) Davenport. Her mother passed away at her birth and she was lovingly raised by her Uncle Bud and Aunt Minnie Davenport. Frances was a homemaker and a member of Country View Baptist Church. In addition to her parents and her Uncle and Aunt who raised her she was preceded in death by her husband; John Laws, a son Johnnie C. Laws, 4 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by a Daughter; Ethel Leep and her husband Sam of St. John, IN, Brother; Wayne Davenport and wife Joan of Lake Station, IN, Sister-in-law; Winona Davenport of Hobart, IN, 4 Grandchildren, 7 Great grandsons 2 Great great granddaughters, Nieces and Nephews. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday December 23, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Randy Davenport will officiate. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, KY.
