Frieda Marion Johnson

Frieda Marion (Rice) Johnson, 86 of Henderson passed away October 11, 2014 at Redbanks Nursing. She was born May 21, 1928 in Henderson to Herbert Rice and Mary Magdalene (Greenfield) Skaggs. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband John W. King, Sr., 2nd husband William Thomas Johnson, son John W. King, Jr., 3 brothers; Floyd Rice, Earl Eugene Skaggs and Lawrence Mitchell, one sister Ida Yvonne Silkwood. She is survived by 3 children: Sheral Brooks of Henderson Janet King of Evansville Cindy Stewart of Henderson 1 brother: Mike Skaggs of Henderson 2 sisters: Phyllis Putman of Henderson Naomi Dill of Evansville 13 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren Nieces and nephews Visitation will be 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM Wednesday October 15 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be private.
