Gary E. Lewis

Gary E. Lewis, 63 of Manitou, KY passed away at 6:30 AM Thursday June 13, 2013 at his home. He was born in Christian County, KY on February 6, 1950. Gary was retired from Alliance Coal Co. Dotiki Mine. He was also a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his father; Homer Eldon Lewis and a sister; Marilyn Fuell. He is survived by his wife; Karen (Terrell) Lewis Mother; Betty Lewis of Madisonville, KY 2 sons; Tim Neal and wife Sara of Cadiz, KY Eric Pryor and his wife Marie of Nebo, KY 3 Grandchildren; Jessica Neal and Aaron and Carrie Pryor 3 sisters; Diana Omer of Madisonville, KY Paulette Jones and husband Dennis of Madisonville, KY Charlotte Whitsell and husband Jerry of Madisonville, KY Nieces and Nephews Services will be private. There will be no Visitation. Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hopkins County Relay for Life in memory of Gary Lewis.
