Gary Lee Sutton Sr.

Gary Lee Sutton, Sr., 73, of Henderson, passed away Thursday December 16, 2021 at his home.  He was born in Henderson on June 22, 1948 to the late Parvin and Mary (Morris) Sutton.  Gary was a US Army Veteran.  He had retired after 27 years with Big Rivers Electric and enjoyed being with his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Sutton and son Gary Sutton, Jr.  Survivors include 2 children David Sutton of Dixon and Kathy Knight (Donnie) of Henderson, 1 brother Donald Sutton of Illinois, 1 sister Janey Litton of Henderson, 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with David Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday 4:30 PM-8:00 PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
