Gary Issac Whitehead

Gary Issac Whitehead, 58, of Henderson, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN. Gary was born in Henderson on January 7, 1961 to the late Issac and Jane (Shelton) Whitehead. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and was a driver at Papa John’s for over 20 years. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tonya Whitehead; children, Felicia Whitehead of Henderson, Eric Whitehead of Dixon and Christal Whitehead of Henderson; brother, Danny Whitehead of Henderson; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 18 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Pastor Ernie “Deacon” Lingerfelt officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, October 18 from 12 – 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
