George "Nicky" Nichols Evans

August 31, 1986 — February 1, 2023

George Nichols “Nicky” Evans, 36, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

He was born in Henderson on August 31, 1986 to the late George E. and Ruth (Smith) Evans.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenny Evans and Steve Evans; sisters, Caron Rideout, Linda Durbin, Glenda Pippin, and Sharon Murch.

He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Lawless (David) and Rhonda Speaks (Ray); several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 10 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.

Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, February 10 from 11 a.m. until service time.
