Harold E. "Bud" Simons

Harold E. “Bud” Simons, 83 of Henderson passed away Thursday October 30, 2014 at 6:05 AM at Health South Deaconess Rehab Hospital in Evansville. He was born in Henderson on September 26, 1931. He was retired from Alcoa and was a member of Henderson Church of Christ. He was also a an avid golfer. Bud was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Survivors include his wife of 45 years Johnnie Simons 1 Son: David Crockett and wife Vicki of Evansville 1 Sister: Wanda Watkins Brown of Henderson 3 Grandchildren: Jason Crockett of Campbellsville, Kentucky Jamie Crockett of Prattville, Alabama Jenni Guth of Evansville 12 Great-grandchildren Nieces and nephews Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday November 4, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. David Salisbury and Gary Puryear will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson. Visitation will be Monday 4-8PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Henderson Church of Christ Building Fund.
