Hattie Ethel Harmon

Hattie Ethel Harmon, 89 of Cairo, KY passed away Friday November 23, 2018 at her home, under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.She was born in Henderson County, KY to the late William and Naomi (Faulkner) Whitmore.Hattie worked at Sani Clean and retired from GE in Madisonville, she was a lifetime member of the Order of Eastern Star Ermine Ford #9 and a member of Cairo Volunteer Firefighters Lady Auxiliary.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Harmon, sister Dianna Henry and brother Joe Whitmore.She is survived by 2 children; Gayle Love and Jean (Darrell) Wright both of Henderson, 4 Grandchildren; Stanton Love, Brandon Wright, Kimberly Duncan and Justin Wright, 8 Great Grandchildren, Aunts; Mignon Lemar, Rubye Smith, Vera Roberts, nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday November 27, 2018 at the Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.Expressions of sympathy may the take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice and Cairo Volunteer Fire Department.Online condolences may be made at www.tomblinsonfuneral home.com
