Hazel Irene Byrd

Hazel Irene (Beck) Byrd 84, of Henderson, KY passed away on September 05, 2017 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center.  She was born on September 01, 1933 to Harrison and Mary Beck.  Hazel was a member of Victory Christian Church.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Marvin (Laura) Beck, Earl (Margaret) Beck, Robert “Bobby” (Mary Lou) Beck, James Beck; sisters, Margaret (Dan) Clouse, Frances (Owen) Guill, Cecilia (John) Sutton,  Lois Beck and Patricia Beck.  She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Frank Byrd; 7 children, Kathy (Ron) Butler of Cairo, KY, Beverly (Larry) Barron of Henderson, KY, Richard (Vicki) Gibson of Henderson, KY, Michael Gibson of Evansville, IN, Mark (Gayle) Byrd of Corydon, KY, Carla (Ralph) Crook of Bluff City, KY and Ray (Cindy) Byrd of IN. Siblings; Kenny (Sue) Beck of TX, Richard (Coni) Beck of Henderson, KY, Helen (Garnett) Blakenship Lafayette, IN, Anna Englehardt and Beatrice (Bill) Wilke of Evansville, IN. 18 Grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild, nieces and nephews.  Funeral Services will be Friday, 11:00 AM at Victory Christian Church in Henderson. Rev. Jack Ross will officiate.  Visitation will be Thursday September 07, 2017 from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson and Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
