Helen Ruth Pirtle

Helen Ruth Pirtle, 79 of Henderson passed away Friday November 17,2023.

She was born in Hopkins County, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Annie (Philips) Gary on October 20, 1944. She was an avid Elvis and UK Basketball fan. She was a member of Lawndale Baptist Church in Henderson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, son, Timothy “Timmy” W. Pirtle; brothers and sister, John Gary, Harold Gary, Sue Gary Eaden, Michael Gary; Grandchildren, Shelly Hayes, Thomas L. Pirtle JR.

Helen is survived by three children, James “Billy” W. Pirtle JR. (Connie Baty), Thomas “Tommy” L. Pirtle (Theresa), Randall “Randy” G. Pirtle (Donna); One brother, Ray Gary (Alice); eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 21, 2023, 2 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.

Visitation will be Tuesday 11 AM until service time at the funeral home.
