Herman Franklin "Frank" Owen

Herman Franklin “Frank” Owen, 90, passed away on October 12, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

“39 with 51 years of experience”

Frank was born on July 21, 1935, to the late Herman and Gladys Owen.

He was a man of God, and he was a very loving and patient husband, daddy, and papaw.

In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his brother, Billy Owen, and his great-grandson KeVeonta ‘Ta’ Lee.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Delores Owen; two daughters, Sharon Ward (Bill), and Regina Miracle (Brandy); one sister, Sandy James; two grandchildren, Nick Lee (Chanda), and Shannon Lee (Michael); three great-grandchildren, Cyanna Lee, Xavier Lee, and Kyleen Clay; one great-great grandchild, KeVeonta Clay; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday October 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM until service time at Tomblinson Funeral Home with Greg Lindsey officiating.

Funeral Service will be October 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home.
