Homer Lee Skeeter Chandler, 72, passed away Friday June 17, 2016 at UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Ky. He was born in Peterstown, West Virginia on January 22, 1944 to Lester and Bethel Dillion Chandler. He was a Nascar fan, a National Guard Veteran of 21 years, and enjoyed being with family and friends at the Mike Scott River Camp in Geneva, Ky. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother. Survivors include his wife Lisa Duncan Chandler of Robards, KY; 3 Children: Belinda Chandler of Pearisburg, VA, Christina Damrath and Sumer Damrath both of Henderson, KY; 4 Grandchildren: Caden Carter, Jaden Joseph, Easton Adler, Payslee Adler; and Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday June 23, 2016 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jeff Burke officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3:30 until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will be at Corydon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Robbins, Bruce Adams, Jeff Young, Jerry Pippin, Phillip Duncan, and Albert Duncan. Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson is handling arrangements.
