Jack D Marsh

Jack D. Marsh, 86 of Sebree passed away Thursday October 17, 2013 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. He was born in Slickford, Kentucky to Marion and Sarah (Hatfield) Marsh on October 1, 1927. Jack worked in the oil field and was also a member of Sebree First Christian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 9 siblings: Joe, Hadie, May, Nell, Jake, Vena, Charlie, Kitty and Ruth. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Dorothy Marsh 6 children: Johnny Marsh of Sebree Nancy Flener of Sebree Janice Zachery of Slaughters Rita Erickson of Central City Jackie Dunn of Sebree Bobby Marsh of Slaughters 1 Brother: Billy Marsh of Sheppherdsville, KY 15 Grandchildren 27 Great-grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday October 19, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Bro. Bill Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the Hopkins County Honor Guard. Visitation will be Friday 4-8 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brandon Marsh, Travis Marsh, Kyle Marsh, Brice Marsh, Chad Erickson, Marc Erickson and Ryan Dunn. Honorary pallbearers will be Casie Corbett, Jaime Hardison, Jennifer Hibbs, Tracy Townsend, Chasity Geary, Lisa Fowler, Amber Dunn and Abby Zachery
