Jairus Denise Mitchell, 58 of Henderson, KY passed away on September 22, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY. She was a homemaker and attended Henderson Church of Christ. She was born on February 21, 1958 to the late Curtis Joines and Wilma Slaughter Joines. She is survived by her husband, Mike Mitchell of Henderson, KY, two children, Jenny Reburn and Stephanie R. Mitchell, and 2 grandchildren. Services will be on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Gary Puryer officiating. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until service time. Online condolences can be made at www.tomblinsonfuneralhome.com
