James Douglas Barrett

James Douglas Barrett, 37, of Henderson passed away Saturday March 22, 2014 at 12:00 AM at his residence of natural causes. He was born in Henderson on April 24, 1976 to Stanley Gene and Darla Jo (Stone) Barrett. He was a member of Local 103 of the Iron Workers in Evansville, IN and a member of Henderson United Church of the Nazarene. He was also an avid fisherman and UK Wildcat fan. Survivors include parents: Stanley and Darla Barrett of Henderson 1 Brother: John Daniel Barrett and wife Krista of Evansville, IN Longtime companion Shawna Taylor of Henderson Wonderful Aunts, Uncles and cousins 1 Niece and 2 Nephews Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday March 26, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Keith Griffin will officiate. Visitation will be 10:30 AM Wednesday until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to New Hope Animal Rescue.
