James E. Berry

James E. “Jimmy” Berry, 79 of Robards, KY passed away Saturday May 21, 2011 at 5:45 PM at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY, He was born March 2, 1932 in Henderson County, KY to the late James Allen and Marie Winifred (Wolfe) Berry. He was a retired farmer and had also worked at Vincent Plastics in Henderson.He was a member of the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Sebree, KY. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Annie Dorris (Clark) Berry (Sept. 25, 2010 and a brother Chester Berry. He is survived by a son; Rev. Eddie and wife Pam Berry of Henderson, KY Daughter: Lisa and husband Bobby Travers of Robards, KY 3 grandchildren; Christan Berry, Clinton Berry and Mitchell Berry 2 sisters; Frances Smith of Georgetown, KY Vernie Coney of Darien, IL Several nieces and nephews Services will be held Wednesday May 25, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Sebree, KY. Bro. Johnny McCurry will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel and Wednesday 10:00 AM until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Clinton Berry, Mitchell Berry, Bobby Travers, Chris Clark, Joseph Daniel and Jacob Daniel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
