James "Butch" David Fulkerson

James “Butch” David Fulkerson, 69 of Henderson passed away December 8, 2021 at Deaconess Henderson. He was born December 26, 1951 in Henderson to the late James Hugh Fulkerson and Anna Jane (Pruitt) Dodson. He had retired from the City of Henderson.Butch enjoyed woodworking, fishing, watching classic tv shows and Buddy, his cat, who was his constant companion. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Linda Orth; brother in law, Bill Pruitt and niece, Shannon King. He is survived by his two sisters, Debbie Pruitt and Doris Chaney both of Henderson; nieces and nephews, Troy Chaney, Brian Pruitt, Tracy Oldaker and Fran Pruitt; great uncle, Donald Pruitt; several great nieces, nephews and cousins. Butch had requested no public service, there will be a private service at a later date. Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel is handling arrangements.
