James Norman Hayes, Sr.

James Norman Hayes, Sr., 53, of Henderson, passed away Sunday December 22, 2019 at his home. He was born in Sturgis, KY on August 9, 1966 to the late Norman Clark and Norma Ann Hayes. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by sisters, Debbie Fulkerson and Delcena Guess and brothers, Andy Hayes, Craig Rash and Richard Rittenberry. Survivors include his son, James Hayes and wife, Amie of Henderson; sisters, Susie McCurry and husband, John of Paducah, KY, Joyce Goldsberry and husband, Neal of Henderson and Lynda K. Childress of Paducah; brothers, Tim Hayes and wife, Rhonda of Burna, KY and Billy Guess of Morganfield; four grandchildren, Madison Dawson, Mason Dawson, Maddox Young and Xzavaier Fisher; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Bro. Dennis Mayfield officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Mills Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Mason Dawson, Tony Vincent, Tim Hayes, Sean Hayes, Dennis Alfred, James N. Hayes, Jr. and Maddox Hayes.
