James Lewis Horn

James Lewis Horn, 71, of Spottsville, passed away May 28, 2018 at Methodist Hospital. He was born in Reed, Kentucky on June 14, 1946 to the late Luther H. and Josie B. (Ellison) Horn. He was a heavy equipment operator for Local IUOE 181.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 son Jeremy Lee Horn and 1 brother Tommy Horn.  Survivors include 2 children: Sherri Hoffman and companion Greg Alexander, Rodney Horn; 2 sisters: Joyce Powell and husband Tom  Barbara Powell and husband Paul,  2 brothers: Johnny Horn and wife Ruth,  Gary Horn and companion Sheila Allen; 1 grandson: Dylan Hoffman ; Nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday May 31, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Rev. Barry Skaggs will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8PM and Thursday 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Meals on Wheels, 3700 Bellemeade Ave. Suite 113, Evansville, IN 47714. Pallbearers will be Dylan Hoffman, Jeremey Hauser, William Hoffman and Nathan Girten.
