James "Jimmy" Frederick Patterson

James Frederick “Jimmy” Patterson, 77, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY. Born November 24, 1940 in Zion, KY, Mr. Patterson was a retired fabricator at Cresline Plastic Pipe Company of Henderson. He loved singing, listening to music, and watching Westerns. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Martha Joe (Priest) Patterson. He is survived by his sons, Tommy Patterson of Henderson and Michael Patterson (Sylvia) of Zion; daughter Martie Patterson VanHooser (Ralph) of Hebbardsville, KY; a brother, Herman Patterson of Zion; a sister, Barbara Knight (Hiram) of Zion; five grandchildren, Isabella Patterson, Cheyenne Patterson, Dylan Stone, Taylor Stone, and Bryce Schaeffer; and two great grandchildren, Bryleigh Stone and Elizabeth Vance. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Christian Life Church of Henderson with Brother Mark Carter officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, March 10 from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at Christian Life Church. Arrangements are being handled by Tomblinson Funeral Home of Henderson.
