James David Payne

James David Payne, 72, of Henderson, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at his home.

David was born October 28, 1951, in Henderson, KY to the late Marvin and Mary Eva Payne. He enjoyed going to Ellis Park and the Casino. He really enjoyed playing poker.

David is survived by his children, Christina Payne, Katrina Payne, Justin Payne (Trish); grandchildren, Makayla Carter, Madison Carter, Steven Kirkman, Morgan Carter, Kyra Payne, Nolyn Rust, Jaxton Payne, Jayse Payne; siblings, Larry Payne, Darrel Payne (Sharon), Dongie Payne (Kim), Debbie Bullock (Danny), Tommy Payne (Kim), Theresa Shoulders, Paula Wilson (Darren), Patty Payne, Mark Payne (Paula) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 20, 2024, 1:00 PM, at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel.

Visitation will be Saturday, 10:00 AM util funeral time.
