James Taylor Pritchett

James T. Pritchett, 92, of Baskett passed away Friday July 6, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. He was born in Robards, Kentucky to John and Hattie (Casey) Pritchett on June 7, 1920. He was World War II US Army Veteran. He enjoyed cooking and gardening. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Sondra Embry, son Mike Pritchett, sister Christine Barnes, Brother Ira Pritchett, Sister Johnnie Rayburn, Grandson Ray Lewis. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Rose Pritchett 10 Children: Shirley Bloyd Frances Pruitt and husband Robert Barbara Gastenveld and Husband Sappy Jennifer Detzer and husband Don Jim Pritchett and wife Phyllis Greg Pritchett Jeff Pritchett Chris Pritchett and wife Susan Ben Pritchett Judd Pritchett and wife Kim 1 Brother: Myrt Pritchett 1 Sister: Nancy Bunch 27 Grandchildren 17 Great-grandchildren 3 Great-great grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Walter McGee will officiate. Visitation will be Monday 4-8 PM and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Baskett Cemetery in Baskett, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Jim Pritchett, Greg Pritchett, Jeff Pritchett, Chris Pritchett, Ben Pritchett and Judd Pritchett.
