James G. Robards "Roho"

James G. Robards “ROHO”, 80, of Henderson passed away Wednesday February 4, 2015 at 12:37 AM at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. He was retired from Whirlpool and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was also a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, the Jerusalem #9 F&M Lodge and the American Legion Post 40. He was a Master Mason and a Kentucky Colonel. James was preceded in death by his parents James M. and Essa Pauline (Duckworth) Robards and wife Shirley Ann Robards. Survivors include 1 son: Brian Robards and wife Stacey of Henderson 5 Grandchildren Several nieces Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday February 10, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Ellis Payne will be officiating. Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery with military rites conducted by the American Legion Worsham Post 40 Honor Guard. Visitation will be Tuesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brian Robards II, Chuck Banken, Joseph Wathen, Dean Arnold, Bill Durham and Tim Fischbeck.
