James Roland Thurby

James Roland Thurby, 64 of Henderson passed away Tuesday April 7, 2015 at Deaconess VNA and Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville. He was born in Hanson to Houston and Christine (Gish) Thurby on July 4, 1950. He was employed by Azteca Milling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother Buddy Thurby. Survivors include 1 son: Mark Thurby and wife Kristy of Henderson 2 Sisters: Kaye Orrick of Nebo Merle Farmer of Evansville 1 brother: Larry Thurby of Corydon 3 grandchildren: Jace Thurby, Hailey Thurby and Collier Thurby Nieces and Nephews Memorial services will be 6:00 PM Monday April 13, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Lisa Current will officiate. Visitation will be 2:30PM until service time Monday at the funeral home. There will be a private burial at a later date.
