James "Jimmy" Wright

James “Jimmy” Wright, 61, of Henderson, found his eternal resting place on Saturday November 12th, 2022. He was born June 3rd, 1961, to the late James M. Wright and his wife Linda “Sue” (Henderson) Wright.

Jimmy was a devoted family man who showed his love through selfless actions far more than through words. He was a notoriously hard worker who was always willing to set aside his own agenda in order to help someone with their needs. Jimmy spent his working days in the metal factories of Henderson (first Gibbs Die Casting and then Accuride).

Jimmy loved to be outdoors, especially around bodies of water. He passed many a day, from childhood onward, sitting by the muddy Ohio River or fishing in the backwaters of the Alzey Bottoms. One thing Jimmy passed on, to the ones he cared for most, was an appreciation for enjoying the simple things in life.

Jimmy is survived in life by his wife Janus “Sue” Wright; his siblings Chris Wright and Stacey Wright; his sons Larry Loveless (wife Angel) and Jacob Wright; his stepchildren Jerime, Chris, Tiffany, Summer, James and Jeff; his grandchildren Larry, Tyler, Gabrielle, Shaun, Tucker, Kayden, Kollyn, Kingston, Jensen, Odin, Sage, and Bruce; as well as nieces & nephews.

A casual service will be held at Tomlinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel, on Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.
