James Dennis Boston

James (Jamie) Dennis Boston, 65, passed away Saturday October 4, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.

He was born on April 7, 1960, in Henderson Kentucky.

Jamie attended Weaverton Elementary School and Henderson County High School where he graduated in 1978. Jamie was a mechanic by trade for over 30 years, owning Jamie’s automotive repair where his customers were his extended family. He was the president of the PCMA youth baseball for many years while his sons played. Jamie managed the Johnny Bs in Henderson for almost 5 years, where many pizzas and wings were served. After he retired from automotive he began driving for Bartletts Saw Shop.

He was preceded in death by his dad, John Boston; and his best friend Belle, the family dog that went everywhere with him.

Jamie is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Teresa Boston, his father Clarence (Buddy) Utley, Mother Sharon Boston-Utley; four children, Josh Boston (Emily), Jason Boston (Emma), Jordan Boston (Samantha), and Jacey; 6 grandchildren, Ramsey, Henry, Raleigh, Rowan, Brooks, and Charlie Boston; brothers, Jeff Boston (AD), Joey Boston, Bob Utley (Pam) and Allen Utley; and lots of family and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday October 9, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday October 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM until service time at Chapel Hill Church in Henderson Kentucky.

Funeral Service will be on Friday October 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Chapel Hill Church.

Burial will be at Fairmont Cemetery with Bro. Greg Shannon officiating.

Pallbearers will be Josh Boston, Jason Boston, Jordan Boston, Jeff Boston, and Bob Utley
